Create or Change Card PIN in Mobile Banking

Santander Customers now have the ability to Create or Change their Debit, Credit, or ATM card within Mobile Banking ONLY.
 
To Create / Change Card PIN
 
     •    Tap the Menu icon on the Account Overview page
     •    Tap Manage Cards
     •    Select the card you wish to access by swiping left on the card image
     •    Select Create/Change PIN

          Result: The verification screen displays

     •    You will be required to verify your identity through One-Time Passcode
 
          IMPORTANT! In order to verify your identity with an OTP, you must have a cell phone number on file.

     •    Tap Continue
     •    You will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) through SMS Text to the cell phone number we have on file.

          Note:  Although we do not charge for text messages sent to a mobile device, standard messaging rates may apply

     •    Enter Passcode or use autofill on Apple iOS devices.
     •    Enter and confirm your new four (4) digit PIN.
 
PIN Guidelines
 
     •    Must not be four (4) identical numbers (e.g. 1111).
     •    Must not be four (4) sequential numbers (e.g. 1234).
     •    Must not be your prior PIN.
     •    Must not be the last four (4) digits of your social security number (SSN).
     •    Must not be your date of birth
     •    Must not be the current year.
     •    Tap Submit
           
           Result: A Congratulations message will display informing you that you have successfully changed your card PIN

     •    Tap Back to Manage Cards
